Biography:
Born in Adelaide, South Australia, Rhea was a fan of pro wrestling since she could remember. She wasn’t sure at what point she decided to make it her career, but at only sixteen years old she made her debut for a local indie promotion. That first match was wonky as hell, but that was when the transformation into Rhea Ripley truly began. She spent the next few years traveling around Australia and went on an excursion to Japan, learning from joshi wrestlers there. The trip to Japan really broadened her horizons, and Rhea decided that she wanted more.

Before her twenty-first birthday, Rhea had moved to the United States to pursue spots in larger promotions. There were more opportunities for a wrestler in the US, so as much as she missed her family and friends back home? She was determined to stay and to become the most successful wrestler she could be.

Now she’s caught the attention of the EWA, and she’s ready to make an impact there. She’s ready to make Rhea Ripley a household name and compete against the best the industry has to offer.
