Log Entry Number ~~███████~~

Patient Number ~~███████~~ has been showing signs of regressing... fighting with other patients, suffering from delusions, most recently, he needed polyclinical surgery for his right eye after an altercation with another patient, ~~███████~~ , when he claims his head got pushed into the stairs, which according to ~~███████~~, and security footage, never happened, we tried to tell him that the incident with the stairs was all in his head, but he tried to claim otherwise. It almost appears that ~~███████~~ has two separate beings trapped inside of his mind, switching between them at a moments notice. It's been ~~███████~~ years, and ~~███████~~ hasn't gotten any better. We will keep updating the log updated as necessary.

August 8th, 20XX: Tommy cannot make new friends. This was made abundantly clear today when ███████ and ██████ tried to befriend Tommy, but he wasn’t interested in them, which turned out to backfire on Tommy, because when he crossed ███████ and nearly got into a fight with them, Tommy was found later in the day after he had been jumped by ███████ and ███████. He’s in the ward now, the log will be updated when he wakes up.

February 19th, 20XX: Tommy does not do well with mystery, or surprises. The team tried to surprise Tommy with a visit from ███████ but it had backfired. We did not take into account how bad his ███████ has gotten, and he displayed extreme aggression and rage towards ███████ even taking their previous history into account. We will attempt to slowly try bringing ███████ in to observe the response of Tommy.

May 2nd, 20XX: We have spoken with ███████ about the behavior that Tommy is exhibiting… it is truly frightening how the human mind works. They suspected that Tommy’s behavior stems from ██████████████ that he experienced at a young age, and caused his mind to ███████ at a moments notice. I will bring these points up in the meeting tomorrow, and we will discuss further treatment options for Tommy in the future.

July 4th, 20XX: Thomas has… regressed once more. We had thought he was making progress by befriending ███████… but today Thomas did the unthinkable… and he ███████ ███████ with a ███████. Immediately we had to hold Thomas and ███████ back, and it seemed as if Thomas was being egged on by another bystander, Patient Number ███████. We will update the logs with ███████’s condition once they get out from surgery.

April 14th, 20XX: Thomas attacked one of the guards again today. We had to ███████ him to calm him down. We even got ████ on the phone and that did not do enough to help calm him. He keeps speaking of ██████ and ███, and believes that they are ███████. We have not told them of what ██ did to them… we are worried about what that will do to his mental state.

We attempted to keep him sedated and under constant watch and protection… but █████ helped him escape when █████ ███self broke free… I can hear the destruction and chaos growing closer and closer to this office building, help has been called but they will arrive far too late to save any of us trapped in here with █████. May god have mercy on us all.

January 9th, 20XX: Thomas has made a new friend. A larger patient by the name of ███████████. Myself and the rest of the staff worry for ███████████, as it has been some time since he has made any sort of friend. The last one he had, █████, ████████ him. We can only hope that Thomas does not do what █████ did to him. Though so far, both Thomas and ███████████ are showing good progress together.

June 23rd, 20XX: Thomas and █████ are bonding better than we could have ever hoped for. We have observed Thomas opening up about his past to █████, and we have seen the same done by █████. We are most pleased that Thomas has finally been able to make a real friend, and it is very nice to see █████ doing the same, even if he is still at risk of attempting to break out of ████████████, we can only hope that █████ does not attempt to get Thomas to do the same, and put all of the hard work we have put into treating him to the wayside.

August 11th, 20XX: Thomas and █████ have grown closer… which is… a shock to us all. We had not expected those two to become friends, especially after █████ and Christopher had their brawl that nearly put a bystander, ████████, in serious harm. But it appears that both █████ and Christopher are… holding their tongues when it comes to Thomas and their activities, but we can only hold that hope for so long… as we are expecting the two of them to blow up at one another at a moment’s notice. We only hope that they leave Thomas out of it… as they would put him at risk of regressing further than he has already.
