Patient Number*REDACTED* has been showing signs of regressing... fighting with other patients, suffering from delusions, most recently, he needed polyclinical surgery for his right eye after an altercation with another patient, *REDACTED* , when he claims his head got pushed into the stairs, which according to *REDACTED*, and security footage, never happened, we tried to tell him that the incident with the stairs was all in his head, but he tried to claim otherwise.
