Biography:
Following the arrest of former manager Luigi Primo for the vandalism of EWA Commissioner Christian Cage’s car a year ago, La Famiglia started to feel heat boiling around them. Believed by the EWA Commissioner to have been involved, they were thoroughly investigated by police and ultimately cleared of suspicion. THat wouldn’t save Luigi Primo, however, who would find himself indicted not only for the vandalism but for attempting to extort benefits as a result of his actions.
It wasn’t Luigi’s reaction that concerned Ciampa and Gargano, however; it was that of Luigi’s brother Michael. The Primo family might have taken a bit of a prestige hit from Luigi's actions, but Michael Primo always tended to come out on top. This somewhat leaves Gargano and Ciampa swinging all alone. But hey, they kind of like it that way.
