BREAKING NEWS - 2 SLAM Matches added to KOTR

With King and Queen of the Ring set to take place in just a few weeks from the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey, it only makes sense to start the first round of action this week in Boise, Idaho on Sunday Night SLAM! Two of the already announced matches are now set to be first round action.

Brian Cage will do battle with Eddie Kingston in one of the two KOTR matches. Kingston and Cage have had numerous altercations leading to their showdown in the ExtraMile Arena this Sunday and now the stakes are even higher for both men. Whoever wins will not only settle their grudge, but will also take one step closer to cinching the crown.

Likewise, Roman Reigns and Jeff Jarrett have both proven to be veterans who are looking to make an impact. The one thing they don't have is the title of "King". That could change starting this upcoming Sunday as their previously announced match is now official for the King of the Ring tournament, insuring that the battle between both men will be all that more intense.
