Biography:
"Excellence" is a term that many people have very different opinions about. In wrestling it's been attached to a few wrestlers. But within a community that rarely is represented in the past, "Black Excellence" has a whole other meaning. Black excellence is a mindset backed by actions that display leadership through perseverance. The true purpose of these actions is to advance the Black community. While the landscape of wrestling has changed quite a bit in the last twenty years, there is still very little of this representation.
In the summer of 2023 Montez Ford decided it was time for someone to step up as a leader and put Excellence back on full display. Not just to better the careers of several wrestlers who have been over looked. But also because there need to be more role models for the wrestling fans who don't see themselves represented in a company as big as the EWA. Some will cheer Excellence because finally they see themselves achieving in this company. Some will not like the methods that Excellence is willing to go to get what they want. But absolutely no one will get in the way of this group as the start to show the world what Excellence can truly mean.
