Molly Holly-Helms to appear on Sunday Night SLAM!

EWA Commissioner Christian Cage announced last week during the Social Media Round-Up on EWA USA that this weekend on Sunday Night SLAM there would be a very special guest, with a special announcement. We can now confirm that special guest is the first ever EWA Women's Champion and legendary figure in the E-Wrestling Alliance, Molly Holly-Helms!

Molly Holly and her future husband Shane Helms, debuted in the EWA in February of 2002 and had a rivalry with Sean Waltman and his soon-to-be wife Stephanie McMahon in what quickly became the talk of the E-Wrestling Alliance at that time. Molly's incredible in-ring performances and enthusiasm from those series of matches led to management creating the very first EWA Women's Title, for which she became the inaugural Champion after defeating Stephanie McMahon on April 21, 2002. Molly would go on to hold that championship two more times in her career.

Molly Holly-Helms has not been seen on EWA programming since 2017, where she appeared at the first ever EWA "all women" pay-per-view event, Sensational Sunday. On that night she was there to serve as a special color commentator and help oversee the return of the EWA Women's Championship. Why is Molly returning to the EWA this Sunday?
