Biography:
So, uh, who remembers the last time Chad Gable was in the EWA? Y'know, practically handed a National title match on the back of his trainer/coach's prior accomplishments, proceeded to no-show, then vanished off the face of the Earth. Most people could never get away with that combination of nepotism and arrogance…but most people aren't Olympic-level athletes with freak natural in-ring abilities. After a lengthy trip through the independent scene, it seems that time (and the idea of money…and the changing of the guard at the top) have truly healed all wounds. Something about a can't-miss prospect just brings in the contract offers, I suppose.
But Gable might've wanted to read the fine print this time. Y'see, last time around the contract was voided and the repercussions fell on Brent Albright's shoulders, as the guy that trained him, vouched for him, and practically gave him his opportunity on a silver platter. This time, however, the onus is on him…and there are a few little secret clauses that may just come up from time to time that will hopefully keep the wild child's ego in check. Because when he actually steps in that ring, he's absolute magic. Maybe this time he'll strike around long enough to prove it…or regret it for the rest of his life if he doesn't…
OOC: Yeah, I'm back and trying this again. Hopefully this one gets off the ground, 'cause I love the idea I have in my head...
