STATEMENT FROM EWA COMMISSIONER CHRISTIAN CAGE As the new Commissioner of the E-Wrestling Alliance, I am dedicated to continuing our growth and collaboration with wrestlers to advance the goals of justice and fairness in all corners of our federation. As a result of the actions of "The Opportunity" Charlotte Flair on this past week's episode of Sunday Night SLAM and the ensuing altercation between Ms. Flair and the EWA Women's Champion Kylie Rae, I have granted a request from Rae for a match. Therefore on this weekend's EWA USA telecast, "Smiley" Kylie Rae will defend her EWA Women's Championship against "The Opportunity" Charlotte Flair. If at any point Charlotte Flair uses a kendo stick or any weapon for that matter, or the assigned official believes she is cheating, she will immediately be disqualified and moved to the bottom of the rankings in the EWA Women's Division. Furthermore, should Charlotte engage in any pre or post match chicanery with the Women's Champion, Charlotte Flair will suffer a fine of up to $100,000 and a suspension of 6 months or longer. In recent months, wrestlers have created a false perception that violence by any means will be rewarded. That is not the case in the E-Wrestling Alliance today, nor has it ever been. I believe this decision will keep our focus on the wrestling and the extraordinary athletes who perform as well as on our fans who enjoy it. This should be a tremendous bout with top tier wrestling. No falderal. Sincerely, Commissioner Christian Cage
