Biography:
Luther is running a small carny filled fair that is following the EWA from town to town. After some careful contractual negotiations, he's managed to sign a deal where his fair is allowed to be in the parking lot or near the arena for each and every EWA show. We're talking dart games, merry-go-rounds, corndogs, figure 8 demolition derbies and everything in between. Think of the trashiest trashy local county fairs and this fair is a hundred times worse than that. The thing is, it's kind of fun...but also evil. Anyway, Luther is looking for some employees to fill the CarnivaLUTHER and he will stop at nothing to officially run the most evil carnival in all of the world.
