Associate of Kazuchika Okada, Shingo Takagi has been summoned to America to fill in for Okada as he goes on a sabbatical in an attempt to find himself. In his absence, "The Dragon King" has arrived to take his spot in Paul Heyman's Black Thought LLC. The Ultimo Dragon and Animal Hamaguchi trained Takagi is the first ever graduate of the Dragon Gate Dojo, which didn't just teach him the art of strong style, but Takagi is deceptively quick and can burst out a lucha move if need be.
