It has come to the attention of EWA Management that Jessica Kresa, known better to EWA fans as ODB, has been taken into custody by Minneapolis Police late last night. Sources have confirmed that Deonna Purrazzo and the Boujee Brand have pressed charges against Kresa following Kresa's violent assault on Purrazzo during last week's edition of Sunday Night SLAM!
The assault of Purrazzo came off the back of The Virtuosa's interference in Kresa's Queen of the Ring first round match against Deonna's teammate Aliyah. As a result of the interference, Kresa was defeated by Aliyah and eliminated from the tournament. In addition to the violent attack on Purrazzo, Aliyah lost her chance of winning the EWA Women's Championship after being distracted by the SER-Tron cutting backstage during her match. If there is a silver lining in this incident, however, the Boujee Brand are now free to focus on the Queen of the Ring tournament this Sunday, live on Pay-Per-View.
Kresa is currently being held without bond pending a future court date that has yet to be announced at the time of reporting.
