The following footage was captured after this week's Sunday Night SLAM episode went off the air.
Nidia sits on a chair somewhere backstage in the Albuquerque Convention Center. A doctor tends to her while an irate Jamie Noble kicks a garbage can in frustration.
JAMIE NOBLE: Is she gonna be okay or what, doc?! I'm gonna rip MJF's stinkin' head off!
DOCTOR: Jamie, please. I know you're upset, but I need time.
NIDIA: Listen to him, babe.
Noble starts to anxiously pace back and forth. Amidst all the chaos, Todd Grisham approaches with a microphone in hand.
TODD GRISHAM: Jamie? I know this isn't the best time, but social media has been buzzing since the attack, and I just have to know whether or not you two will be accepting his challenge for a match at Mayhem in Miami.
JAMIE NOBLE: You're dang right this ain't the time for an interview! Look what they did to my Nidia!
TODD GRISHAM: I know. It's deplorable what they did. Do you have any update on her condition?
JAMIE NOBLE: No, I don't. This doctor won't tell me nothin'.
He says the word like it's an insult. The doctor turns to respond, but before he can, Nidia cuts him off.
NIDIA: Todd, come here.
DOCTOR: Nidia, don't.
NIDIA: It's fine.
She uses her good arm to wave Grisham over. He carefully puts the microphone to her mouth.
NIDIA: I don't know how bad it is. I know I'm not one hundred percent. But we'll be there next Sunday.
DOCTOR: Nidia, you shouldn't --
NIDIA: I've still got one good arm. And that's all I need to slap the taste out of that perra's mouth.
JAMIE NOBLE: But, Nidia, don't you --
NIDIA: If you wanna sit at home and cry about what they did to me, be my guest.
JAMIE NOBLE: What?! I don't think so! I'm goin' to Miami, girl! And I ain't leavin' 'til MJF and Mandy Rose are both gettin' treated by a whole team of doctors!
Jamie gives Nidia a kiss as Todd Grisham takes this opportunity to leave the two alone with the doctor. He gets a safe distance away before concluding the interview.
